TIS Academy has been born out of the realization that while the IT services sector is heavy with reasonably unskilled or semi-skilled people, there is a serious lack of skilled people who could think and work beyond standard monitoring and L1 skillset. The next level in the IT ladder is only accessible by spending a few years in the L1 level and to only a few who can learn beyond their own work profile. TIS Academy aims to bridge this gap on the one hand, and add L2 level workforce to the system laterally, thereby giving more impetus to growth of individuals along with adding new workforce who are better skilled. Started by TIS Labs Private Limited, a leader in the IT Services Industry in India, TIS Academy will act as a gateway to those who believe in being top rated professionals.
